Karl Allweier is a Hudson Valley, NY-based blues rock guitarist who has been performing and recording in the area for the past 30 years. He has composed music that has appeared on A&E Channel’s Biography series, The Travel Channel Road Trip, and Man Vs. Food series, The History Channel’s Da Vinci Code, and Big Texas documentaries, among many others. He has performed and toured with the likes of Augie Meyers (Texas Tornados), George Kooymans (Golden Earring), Ron Thal (Guns N Roses), Albert Cummings, and Willa Vincitore. Performing a mix of traditional and modern electric blues, Karl Allweier and Company includes some of the area’s finest musicians: Doug Abramson on bass, Roger LaRochelle on drums, and Ron Knittle on saxophone.

Enjoy a wide array of specialty cocktails, inspired by the holiday season. Mohonk’s Beverage Team will guide you through the mixology steps and food pairing tips that will bring your next holiday party to a new level. *Note: Pre-registration is required with a $40 per person program fee for admittance to the tasting. Space is limited. Participants must be age 21 or over to attend.

7:30pm | Elf Scavenger Hunt

The elves have a run a mock throughout the house and outside too! We need your help retrieving the necessary items for Santa’s big day.  Follow the clues and riddles to locate them and bring the items back to the Head Elf. Up to 4 people per team.

9pm | Black to Gold A Cappella

Black to Gold is a professional six-person contemporary a cappella group from New York City. This powerhouse collection of talented singers and vocal percussionists will perform hit songs and holiday tunes like you’ve never heard them before. Join us for an evening of vocal magic and pure fun!
