Experience our brand-new restaurant inspired by the Smiley family, our founders who established Mohonk Mountain House back in 1869.
Their appreciation of nature was legendary, with Albert Smiley transforming barren ground into our Victorian show garden. Reflecting this love of the natural world, our newly renovated dining room features dynamic landscape views and a menu showcasing farm-to-table cuisine.
