Learn the ancient form of meditative exercises to restore and balance the natural flow of lifeenergy. Ages 16+. Classes limited to 24 participants. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to start of classes.
Take a guided ride of the mountain on wheels! Ages 16 and up. Approximately 4-6 miles. All levels welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to get fitted for a bicycle. Additional fee of $30 for this activity includes mountain bike and helmet.
Merging Tai Chi Qigong with cardio dance, Mountain Lake Chi-Robics is a fun and challenging way to develop coordination and to strengthen the whole body. Ages 16+. Classes limited to 24 participants. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to start of classes.

This class uses traditional Yoga practices, emotionally focused meditations, somatic awareness and trauma informed methods that are great for anyone. Especially soothing to nerves, tension, un healed trauma and stuck energy. Find stillness and ease in this gentle practice.
