Mohonk Mountain House offers a variety of daily activities, including live entertainment, lectures, guided hikes, wellness and mindfulness sessions, and more.
The list below represents our core activities but is not exclusive, as additional activities not listed may be offered as well. Not all activities are available every day. Also, some activities are weather dependent. Please be sure to check the Daily Activities Schedule and the Main Bulletin Board each day our schedule of planned activities as well as for any changes or cancellations.

A form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Moderate. Limited to 15 participants.
