AcroYoga is a partner yoga practice with a base, who is lying on their back, and a flyer, who is supported by the base’s hands and/or feet. This class is designed to set a solid foundation that incorporates yoga asana, strength training partner exercises, basic flying, and Thai massage. Come as you are, with OR without a partner. Ages 16+. Classes limited to 24 participants. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to start of class.
Brisk hike along Cope’s Lookout Path, Humpty Dumpty Road, Long Woodland Drive, and Lake Shore Road. This hike is moderate to fast pace over relatively flat terrain with gradual uphill portions. Approximately 3 miles. Age 7 and up. Proper footwear is required: sneakers or hiking boots.
Find tranquility, strength and flexibility by taking traditional yoga postures and practicing them in a shallow pool. No yoga or swimming experience necessary. Ages 16+. Classes limited to 24 participants. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to start of class.
Take a guided ride of the mountain on wheels! Ages 16 and up. Approximately 4-6 miles. All levels welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to get fitted for a bicycle. Additional fee of $30 for this activity includes mountain bike and helmet.
Experience the peace of guided meditation with easy-to-learn stress-reducing techniques to bring harmony and peace within. Ages 16+. Classes limited to 24 participants. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to start of class. No late admittance.
Please join one of our Mohonk staff for this fun and challenging survival skill. Up to 40 people. Ages 13 and up. Closed-toe shoes required. All participants must go through a 15 minute safety protocol at the beginning of the session. This cannot be repeated if missed.
A moderate intensity yoga class with continuous movement that brings a connection between movement and breath. Enhances flexibility, balance and awareness. Restrictions apply; please see the back of the activities schedule for more details.
