Friday

Wellness Weekend Welcome
Begin the weekend and pick up your wellbeing “be well bag”, sign up for the variety of classes, and meet some of the program leaders including Nina Smiley and Margaret Lora, guiding you through a weekend of well-being.
Strong Start: Yoga and Mindfulness
A blend of flowing Yoga poses to relax and restore your body and mind. As this session ends, Nina will guide you in a way of being mindful that will support your personal moments of choice throughout this weekend of discovery.
Exclusive Access to Spa Amenities concluding with Fireside Evening Mindfulness with Nina*
Our award-winning spa is opening ‘after-hours’ for evening enjoyment of the sauna, steam room, indoor swimming pool, and outdoor mineral pool. After your exclusive access, join Nina for Fireside Evening Mindfulness in the Spa Solarium at 8:30 p.m. to flow into a restful night. *Please note: sign-up is required for registered overnight guests 18 years of age or older. Space is limited to 30 people. Exclusive Access is available to each guest for 1 night only (Friday or Saturday).
Moonlight Hike and Stargazing Yin Yoga*
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on this hike to Cope’s Lookout. Departing the Mountain House in darkness, we’ll focus on all of our senses as we move silently in the night. We will tap into our deep sensory awareness as we experience awe in the presence of the majestic night sky. Our mindful hike ends with a stargazing Yin Yoga session as we connect breath and moving meditation. No flashlights, phones, or electronics. The hike is approximately 1 mile. *Please note: sign-up is required for registered overnight guests 18 years of age or older. Space is limited to 30 people. Moonlight Hike and Stargazing Yin Yoga is available to each guest for 1 night only (Friday or Saturday).
Evening Music with John Bianculli Trio
John Bianculli is a lyrical and soulful jazz pianist, composer, and teacher. He has worked with jazz greats and recording artists such as Steve Nelson, Jeanie Bryson, Cassandra Wilson, Charlie Rouse, and Terence Blanchard. Tonight he is accompanied by Sue Williams on bass and Tom Baker on drums. This eclectic mix of classic jazz and standards invite you to listen mindfully and let the music expand and enhance each moment.

Morning Class Power Up – Cardio Blast
Activate your body as you choose to begin your day with a Cardio Blast. Your morning class will begin with a juice shot and power bite.
Morning Mindfulness: Mindful Eating
Learn simple techniques before breakfast that you can apply throughout your stay and bring home to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Our relationship with food offers moments of choice throughout the day where we can practice being present in a way that supports wellbeing and self-care.
Wellbeing Workshops: Wellness at the Bar – Your Choice!*
Choose between our “Art of Tea” Bar” where experts will help you will discover an array of taste profiles and health attributes of tea. You will be guided through an exclusive Art of Tea Ritual as you enhance your tasting experience while exploring your senses. Or experience The Aromatherapy Bar as you discover the therapeutic use of pure essential oils to enhance well-being by balancing energy, mood, and physiology. *Please note: sign-up is required for registered overnight guests 18 years of age or older. Space is limited to 30 people per workshop.
Lakeside Immersion followed by HathaYoga*
Start with an invigorating dip in Lake Mohonk for the benefits of cold therapy, providing endorphin release, blood flow stimulation, joint and muscle pain relief, and an immediate energy boost. The plunge is followed by hot cider or tea. Following your Lakeside Immersion, a clear-mind, calm-heart meditation indoors with Hatha Yoga and Aromatherapy will conclude your immersion experience. *Please note: sign-up is required for registered overnight guests 18 years of age or older. Adrian DiMatteo: Inner Active Music
Adrian DiMatteo is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, composer, and guitarist specializing in native flutes and instruments from around the world. He performs original and traditional songs in over a dozen languages. This unique musical experience will take you on an “inner active” journey through sound. Adrian regularly facilitates sound meditation retreats in which participants learn how music and sound can be used to access deep states of peace and healing.
