Mixology: Last Call on Bourbon Street Cocktail Recipe

Each month, Mohonk bartenders compete to create a specialty craft cocktail for our mountain resort. They are given one key ingredient, or theme, which must be featured in their seasonal creations. With the theme of Mardi Gras, a select group of lucky Mohonk employees got to taste, discuss, and vote on the winning “Cocktail of the Month.”
Last Call on Bourbon Street
Revel in the three colors at Mardi Gras as you sip this fragrant cocktail. Aromatic bergamot blends with vanilla and caramel from the bourbon, while blackberries lend a fruity twist. A hint of absinthe pays tribute to the NOLA classic, the Sazerac.
