Join us for a day exploring the shared riches of the United States and France through robust wines, vibrant music, art, culture, and delicious offerings. Renowned wine expert Kevin Zraly of the Windows on the World Wine School will lead an acclaimed tasting of standout wines from both countries.
For those ready to keep the celebration going, end the evening with one of the Hudson Valley’s most sought-after Top 40 country cover bands, Hillbilly Parade.
Day Passes are valid for the entire day, regardless of the time slot selected.

Important Notes & Policies
- The pass is $125 per person + tax for adults. Attendees are required to be 21+
- Wine Weekend Day Pass allows access to Wine Weekend events for the day.
- Please be prepared to show an email confirmation to the Gatehouse attendant upon your arrival.
- Limited availability. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The Day Pass does not give guests access to the Mohonk Spa, Fitness Center, or indoor pool.
- Pets are not allowed on our private property.
- Please note that at Mohonk Mountain House, gratuities are included in your rate.

Wired Art Gallery
10am – 6pm
Founded in 2012, Wired Gallery showcases the work of talented Mid-Hudson Valley artists, celebrating the region’s vibrant creative spirit. This special exhibition will also feature pieces inspired by the beauty of the Hudson Valley alongside works that pay homage to both France and the United States. Stroll through the gallery, meet the artists, and discover one-of-a-kind treasures. Artwork is available for purchase, making it the perfect opportunity to take home a unique memento of your visit.

Exploration of the New York Wine Industry
10:30am
Join Paul Brady, former New York Wines Ambassador and 2019 Wine Enthusiast “40 Under 40 Tastemaker,” for an insider look at the rise of New York’s wine industry. As founder of Paul Brady Wine, a vibrant shop, bar, and tasting room in Beacon, he has championed the state’s local wines, spirits, and craft beverages. Guests will explore the history, culture, and unique offerings of New York vineyards, from sparkling wines to heirloom grapes and innovative collaborations. Learn why these local vintages are gaining recognition and shaping the region’s dynamic beverage scene.

Wines of the United States and France with Kevin Zraly
2:30pm – 5pm
Renowned wine expert Kevin Zraly leads you on a tasting journey through the United States and France. You’ll taste eight wines as you learn about wine styles and developing your own taste, and discover details about acidity, tannin, oak, and fruit. Kevin leads the way with stories, myths, and tantalizing tales of wine from these two countries, and invites you to see which ones are you favorites between the two including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet. After the wine tasting, join Kevin for a reception with a curated menu of hors d’oeuvres presented by the Mohonk Culinary Team. This will also be your chance to purchase a signed copy of Kevin’s bestselling wine book, Windows on the World Complete Wine Course.

Hillbilly Parade

Established in 2014, Hillbilly Parade is one of the most sought-after Top 40 Country Cover Bands in the Hudson Valley. Most known for their witty stage humor, line dancing, and high energy tuneful sets, Hillbilly Parade is sure to get any crowd’s attention.

Kevin Zraly
Kevin Zraly is celebrating 45 years as the founder and teacher of the immensely popular Windows on the World Wine School, which has graduated over 30,000 students since its inception. Creator of the famous wine list at Windows on the World (which sold more wine than any restaurant in the world), he is the author of Kevin Zraly’s Windows on the World Complete Wine Course, Red Wine, The Ultimate Wine Companion, Kevin Zraly’s Wine Journal, and his Guide to American Wine. Kevin was honored with the James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Culinary Institute of America. He has been featured in The New York Times, People magazine, The Wall Street Journal, GQ, Newsweek, and USA Today, among others. Jim Palmeri
Jim Palmeri is Executive Chef at Mohonk Mountain House. Since arriving at Mohonk Mountain House in 2007, Chef Palmeri has created an outstanding culinary experience that embraces a farm-to-table philosophy, highlighting the bounty of the Hudson Valley region. The Wisconsin native graduated from the nationally acclaimed Culinary Institute of Kendall College in Chicago and has worked in resorts for most of his professional career. A good part of it was with Hyatt Regency properties in places such as Scottsdale, Arizona; Coral Gables, Florida; Las Vegas, and even the Cayman Islands. Palmeri also worked at the Four Seasons in big cities including Washington D.C. and Chicago.

Paul Brady
Paul Brady, a Wine Enthusiast 40 Under 40 Tastemaker (2019) and VinePair 50 Honoree (2023), has charted a full-circle journey through the wine world—beginning in production, rising as a sommelier and ambassador, and ultimately returning to the cellar as a producer. He launched his career at Brooklyn Winery, working both in the cellar and behind the bar, before moving into New York City’s restaurant scene for a multi-year tenure at the Terroir Wine Bars and Hearth Restaurant. Brady went on to hold positions at Gramercy Tavern and Rouge Tomate, concluding his NYC restaurant chapter as a sommelier within Tom Colicchio’s Crafted group. A passionate advocate for New York and Northeastern wines, he became the first New York Wines Ambassador for the New York Wine & Grape Foundation in 2018. In 2020, he returned to his production roots to build Paul Brady Wine in New York’s Hudson Valley—an eponymous winery brand, bottle shop, and bar dedicated exclusively to the wines, beers, and spirits of New York State.
