Kevin Zraly
Kevin Zraly is celebrating 45 years as the founder and teacher of the immensely popular Windows on the World Wine School, which has graduated over 30,000 students since its inception. Creator of the famous wine list at Windows on the World (which sold more wine than any restaurant in the world), he is the author of Kevin Zraly’s Windows on the World Complete Wine Course, Red Wine, The Ultimate Wine Companion, Kevin Zraly’s Wine Journal, and his Guide to American Wine. Kevin was honored with the James Beard Lifetime Achievement Award and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Culinary Institute of America. He has been featured in The New York Times, People magazine, The Wall Street Journal, GQ, Newsweek, and USA Today, among others. Mohonk Executive Chef,
Jim Palmeri
Jim Palmeri is Executive Chef at Mohonk Mountain House. Since arriving at Mohonk Mountain House in 2007, Chef Palmeri has created an outstanding culinary experience that embraces a farm-to-table philosophy, highlighting the bounty of the Hudson Valley region. The Wisconsin native graduated from the nationally acclaimed Culinary Institute of Kendall College in Chicago and has worked in resorts for most of his professional career. A good part of it was with Hyatt Regency properties in places such as Scottsdale, Arizona; Coral Gables, Florida; Las Vegas, and even the Cayman Islands. Palmeri also worked at the Four Seasons in big cities including Washington D.C. and Chicago.

Amy Schroeder
Amy Schroeder, two-time GRAMMY Award–winning violinist and founding member of the internationally acclaimed Attacca Quartet, has been praised by The Washington Post for her “imagination and virtuosity.” She has appeared as a soloist with the Buffalo Philharmonic, Hilton Head Symphony, and the Spanish National Orchestra under composer John Adams. With the Attacca Quartet, she has earned top competition prizes, held residencies at the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Texas State University, and recorded the GRAMMY® Award–winning album Orange. Schroeder also performs with the Schroeder Umansky Duo alongside her husband, Harlem Quartet cellist Felix Umansky. She performs on a 1771 Fernando Gagliano violin on loan from the Five Partners Foundation and a 2012 Nathan Slobodkin violin.

Felix Umansky
Felix Umansky, GRAMMY Award–winning cellist of the world-renowned Harlem Quartet, has been praised by Cleveland Classical for his “sublime” playing. He has performed in leading venues including Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Kennedy Center, and previously toured with the award-winning Linden String Quartet, earning major competition prizes such as the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition. Dedicated to sharing classical music with diverse audiences, he appears everywhere from concert halls to libraries, cafés, and public spaces, often premiering works by contemporary composers. Umansky has been artist-in-residence at Yale University and the Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts, and has performed at festivals including Aspen and La Jolla. A native of Carmel, Indiana, he holds degrees from the Cleveland Institute of Music and Yale University.

Yalin Chi
Yalin Chi, praised for her “gorgeous tonal coloring” and “masterful and flowing” playing (Hudson Valley One), has performed in prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and the Gardner Museum in Boston. A founding member of Trio Raconteur, she has collaborated with musicians from leading orchestras such as the New York Philharmonic, London Symphony Orchestra, and Montreal Symphony Orchestra. As a soloist, she has appeared with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic, Green Bay Symphony Orchestra, and the West Point Band, where she has served as pianist since 2008. Chi also holds the principal keyboard position with the Hudson Valley Philharmonic and performs with pianist Steve Beck in the At Once Duo. Originally from Beijing, she studied at the Juilliard School and the Yale School of Music.
