Winter Wellness Weekend
January 31 - February 2, 2025
Focusing on Immunity
Since our founding in 1869, wellness has been an essential part of the Mohonk experience. We carry that tradition forward today in our beautiful natural setting, offering a sampler of experiences that support resilience and sustainable self-care. Curated by our Director of Mindfulness, Nina Smiley, Ph.D., and Spa Director, Olivia Andrews, this weekend welcomes you to explore and discover the true essence of self-care, helping you make decisions that support a practice of self-care in real life and in real-time.

Serene Sounds – Singing Bowls*
9pm
As you gather on the deck surrounding our indoor swimming pool, this practice invites you to relax as it ignites your senses of sight and sound. As you gaze upon the calm, illuminated waters, enjoy the healing harmonic sounds of the singing bowls. This symphony of illumination and sound will help to ease tension and promote well-being. As we continue our focus on immunity, Nina returns for a bedtime meditation to conclude our evening.
*Please note: sign-up is required for registered overnight guests 18 years of age or older. Space is limited. Attendees will be seated around the swimming pool, not in the water. Comfortable clothing is advised.
