Kick off the weekend with an introduction to our program leaders, Yard Owl Brewery, as they discuss the process of making beer, during each step from farm to table, including raw materials, technical details, and packaging. Along the way, we will sample beers that highlight the different ingredients and focus on sensory analysis.
