Wine-Pairing Dinner with Paul Hobbs Winery*

Elevate your taste buds as you savor a curated five-course menu by our talented chefs, paired with wines from Paul Hobbs, owner and vintner for seven wineries around the world including: California, New York, Argentina, France, Armenia, and Spain.* Advance sign-up is required. Sweet Treats Demonstration

Prepare for an evening with Mohonk’s Executive Pastry Chef, Audrey Billups. Watch as she masterfully creates a tempting array of cookies, sharing her expertise and passion for all things sweet. Whether you’re a baking enthusiast or simply a dessert lover, this demonstration is sure to inspire and satisfy your sweet tooth!
Kitchen Cookie Raid

Following the demonstration, the Mohonk Pastry Team has prepared a late-night treat just for you! Join Chef Billups as she leads you to a hidden stash of delectable cookies and confections—your final indulgence for the evening.

Harney & Sons Master Tea Blenders

Join Joe Balsamo as he shares his knowledge of fine teas. Featured in The New York Times, Forbes, The Washington Post, and Vogue, he will share insight into several fine teas, demonstrate proper tea preparation, and offer a tasting that will leave you wanting more.
Flavors of the World: A Culinary Showcase
2:30pm – 4pm
This mountaintop showcase celebrates the diverse talents of our Culinary Extern and International Program, featuring dishes inspired by the home countries of our team members. Savor authentic flavors from South Africa, Chile, Hungary, India, and beyond. Join us as we bring the world to your plate!
Wood Burned Charcuterie Board Workshop*
3:30pm
Create your own personalized charcuterie board using locally sourced cedar in this hands-on workshop. Guided by our Activities staff, you’ll learn to use wood burning and ‘Dremel’ tools to craft a unique design and seal it with food-grade mineral oil. Conclude your experience with a cheese display and take some home to enjoy on your new board! Please note: Ages 13 and up. Sign up required. Seating is limited.

This unique culinary experience offers a glimpse “behind the scenes” as you dine in the heart of our fast-paced kitchen. You’ll meet our talented culinary team as they prepare and present a specially created 9-course tasting menu with wine pairing. * Advance sign-up is required. Seating is limited to 8 adults. Exploring Savory Mixology*

Discover the art of combining food and mixology in this unique tasting experience. Join Natasha Stanton, Mohonk Mixologist, as she takes you on a flavorful journey to explore your personal palate. Indulge in innovative infusions like brown butter fat-washed bourbon and zesty orange foam, alongside other surprising and savory pairings.
