Using select New York State grains, founders Charles Ferri and Paul Seres have created an impressive portfolio of Black Creek Bourbon, Black Creek Empire Rye, and Altair Vodka – with a Gin set to release in the 2024 year. Come enjoy a tasting of their small batch selections while gaining insight of the distilling process.
