5:30pm-8:30pm daily (9pm on Friday)
Our Modern American dinner in our historic Main Dining Room offers friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere with stunning views. Our seasonal menus rotate daily, featuring prime hand-cut steaks, pastas made fresh daily, fine seafood, gorgeous salads, and mouth-watering soups. A children’s menu is available. 5:30pm – 8:30pm Friday & Saturday + Select Dates
Enjoy artfully prepared dishes using hardwood-fired grills, ovens, tandoor, and woks utilizing open wood fire and smoke cooking techniques. Select from a bounty of options, featuring locally sourced ingredients highlighting the best of the Hudson Valley, then end your meal by indulging in exquisite desserts to complete this one-of-a-kind experience.

Experience the lively energy of dinner service in the Main Dining Room kitchen. After a guided tour of our blazing grills, bakery & prep areas, take a seat at the Chef’s Table with fellow Mohonk guests. As each course arrives, savor wine expertly paired with each dish by our sommelier. Enjoy the company of fellow foodies and our exceptional staff as you embark on this unforgettable culinary journey.
