Spring Seasonal Bliss Facial
$275 – 60 minutes
This facial treatment blends potent natural ingredients with advanced holistic techniques to refresh and awaken your skin. Rich in antioxidants from berries, omegas, and chamomile, it deeply hydrates and restores while its antibacterial properties help clarify and brighten your complexion. A gentle tapioca enzyme exfoliation lifts away dull, dead skin cells, revealing a smoother, more refined texture. Chamomile calms and soothes, easing irritation and bringing the skin back into balance. Facial cupping stimulates circulation, enhancing nutrient absorption and encouraging a healthy, radiant glow. The experience concludes with cooling wands to reduce puffiness, boost elasticity, and leave your skin looking lifted, firm, and beautifully awakened.
Spring Herbal Wrap
$295 – 60 minutes
This head-to-toe treatment is designed to promote circulation, gently encourage awakening within the body, and soothe tense, aching muscles using a blend of aromatic oils including geranium, grapefruit, sweet fennel, and black pepper. An invigorating sugar body scrub exfoliates and reveals refreshed, radiant skin before you relax into a warm aromatic oil body wrap. The experience is complemented by a soothing scalp massage and elevated with a gemstone facial massage using black obsidian rollers, along with a hydrogel facial mask infused with black pearl powder to purify and deeply hydrate. It is everything your body needs to support its natural renewal process and leave you feeling completely awakened.
Spring Wellness Massage

A customized aromatic Swedish massage with essential oils of juniper, pink grapefruit, rosemary, and sweet orange—paired with contrasting stone therapy—helps reduce joint pain, improve circulation, and encourage a sense of awakening throughout the body. Fitness
Join our expert instructors for a fitness session to stimulate circulation and build strength or immerse yourself in nature on a guided (or self-guided) hike to focus on the breath while you promote detoxifying and rejuvenation.

Get Ur Groove On
Unwind and have fun! Dancing has many health benefits including improved blood flow and increased stamina. Join us for a class for Dance Exploration and Fitness. We will use movement concepts such as direction, speed, and timing. To finish, we’ll rock out in a fun dance party way!
