Comedic juggler Stephen Caruso returns to our Mountaintop! His dynamic performance style blends sharp humor, adrenaline-filled tricks, and knife throwing that will thrill audiences of all ages!

Acrobat Li Liu
Acrobat Li Liu performs hand balancing, plate spinning, ribbon dancing, diabolos and foot juggling. A limited number of volunteers get to join her on stage to create an impromptu ribbon dance, and also to try their hand at plate spinning!

Mario the Maker Magician
ROBOTS! MAGIC! SLAPSTICK! — and tons of audience interaction. No one leaves the show empty-handed or empty-hearted. Magic’s “punk rock Peter Pan philosopher” leads you on a journey of upbeat energy, belly laughs, art, and science inspiration.

Photographers Walk with Phil Jung
Photographer Phil Jung will lead a photo walk aimed at helping you improve your photography skills. Whether you use a DSLR, mirrorless, or phone camera, Phil will provide valuable tips and tricks for maximizing your device’s potential. The walk will cover portrait and landscape photography, catering to photographers of all levels. You’ll learn how to set up your camera, create interesting compositions, and capture stunning images under Phil’s guidance. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your photography in a supportive, hands-on environment!

Phil Jung
(b.1974 in New York) makes photographs of the American social landscape, exploring identity through personal space and habitation. He received a BFA from The San Francisco Art Institute (1998) and an MFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design (2009). His first monograph, Windscreen, was published Fall of 2022 by TBW Books. Jung has participated in exhibitions throughout the United States, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Honolulu Museum of Art, and Houston Center for Photography in Texas, and is in the collections of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Hawaii State Foundation on Culture, and has been featured in numerous publications including The New Yorker, The Atlantic, GQ, and FLUX. Phil works in Honolulu, Hawaii, teaching undergraduates at the University of Hawaii / Leeward Community College. Editorial clients include The New York Times, The Atlantic, Wired, Orion, The Guardian, and GQ.

Stephen Caruso
Stephen Caruso is a dynamic entertainer with skills for days. He has been voted Pennsylvania’s Funniest Comic and performed his variety show for Flava Flav. He has also headlined on Royal Caribbean, Holland America, and at Sandals Resorts. Stephen is a big fan of throwing things, so in addition to performing one of the most sought-after variety shows on the East Coast, Stephen also owns and operates a mobile axe-throwing service. When Stephen is not throwing things up in the air, you can probably find him throwing things at a wall in front of him.

Li Liu
Li Liu was born in the city of Shenyang in the Northeast of China. At the age of six she began her acrobatic training, and the following year she was chosen to attend The Chinese National Circus School in the capitol city of Beijing. While in Beijing she trained for eight hours a day until she was 16.In 1984 her artistic cycling act won a gold medal at the prestigious Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain in Paris, France. She often teamed with her sister Liu Ying to create duo acts that were conceived by her coach and father Liu Gui Ting. In 1995 their duo hand balancing act was selected to perform at The Wu Qiao International Circus Festival where they were awarded “The Golden Lion” prize. Li Liu came to the United States in 2000 with Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus and toured all over the US for two years. She has been living in the US and working as performer since 2003. Li is a regular on the NBA & WNBA half-time circuits and is also is a featured performer on Princess Cruise Lines. In September of 2010 Li appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman.

Mario the Maker Magician
Mario’s live performance is uplifting, inventive, highly interactive, and ridiculously funny. Part retro, part rock and roll, Mario is an artist and inventor who creates his own props and never sacrifices the old-school slapstick vibe that families love! Mario has appeared on Sesame Street, at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, the World Maker Faire New York, the American Museum of Natural History, and FAO Schwarz, among many other wonderful locations.
