The evening’s three-course menu highlights seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, each dish thoughtfully paired with a wine selection from our featured vineyard.
Inspired by the ever-moving Hudson River—once called “the water that is never still”—Neverstill Wines reflects the energy and connection that define New York’s winemaking landscape. Sourcing estate fruit from Hidden View Vineyard on Seneca Lake, Neverstill bridges the Finger Lakes and Hudson Valley through thoughtfully crafted wines. Planted in 2019, the vineyard’s lakeside slopes benefit from the region’s “lake effect,” producing expressive Riesling, Chenin Blanc, and Cabernet Franc, with Chardonnay on the horizon. Certified under New York Sustainable Winegrowing, Neverstill is driven by a spirit of exploration—an evolving journey captured in every bottle.
Keenan Boyle, known as The Tallmuthashucka, is an oyster educator, farmer, and raw bar expert born and raised on Long Island with over two decades of experience in shellfish cultivation and service. His passion for oysters began with diving for wild oysters and evolved into a commitment to sustainable, farm-raised shellfish, working with boutique farms on the Great South Bay. Keenan has traveled the country to learn oyster farming techniques and has built a reputation for bringing high-quality oysters to events and kitchens with skill and flair. As a shucker and storyteller, he combines expertise with warmth and humor to educate and entertain guests about oysters and their heritage. Boyle’s approach celebrates “dock to dish” freshness and sustainability, making each event experience memorable.
