Based on a philosophy that “lets kids be kids,” the program is designed to include plenty of playtime while exploring the natural wonders and beauty of Mohonk.
Featured in Vogue, Kids’ Club is a complimentary drop-off program for ages 4-12. Our First Aid and CPR-certified staff provides a safe and engaging environment with plenty of age-appropriate activities. Parents can feel at ease exploring the mountains or visiting the Spa on their own.

Hours of Operation
Morning, afternoon, and evening sessions will be available on weekends and holidays from September 9, 2023 – March 31, 2024. The Kids Club will be open daily during the summer.
9:30am – 12:30pm (Ages 4 – 12)
2pm – 3:30pm (Ages 4 – 12)
7pm – 8:30pm (Ages 4 – 12)
The Mohonk Kids’ Club is tailored to meet the special interests and needs of our young guests. For the summer, this program is divided into two age groups: Explorers (ages 4 – 6), and Adventurers (ages 7 – 12). Our program also offers a choice of morning, afternoon, and evening sessions for all ages, so that parents and children may be flexible in planning their day.
After the get-acquainted period, your child will have several main activity choices, including salamander hunts, beading, painted flowers, scavenger hunts, puppet-making and other arts and crafts, parachute games, tennis, boat rides, and a short hike to Lily Pond.
The Adventurers’ Program was created to cater to the needs of our older Mohonk children. Guests ages 7 – 12 have the opportunity to explore their own interests and skills. Activities made available to the Adventurers may include rock scrambling, clay beads, fossil hunts, tennis clinics, kite and paper-making, and sports tournaments.
Adventurers are also welcome to join in the Explorers afternoon session. In addition, on a daily basis, the Adventurers’ own suggestions will be incorporated into the schedule in response to their varied interests.
Each morning and afternoon session begins with a half-hour “get-acquainted period.” This is a time for parents, nannies, baby-sitters, and children to become familiar with the Mohonk Kids’ Club environment. It is also a time for our staff to get to know your child and for parents to get to know the staff who will be leading their children throughout the session. Parents are welcome to stay for the first half-hour of each morning and afternoon session.
However, at the end of each get-acquainted period, we ask that parents leave their child with our capable staff, allowing new friendships to be made as children gain a sense of independence.
