Fall Seasonal Bliss Facial
$260 – 60 minutes
This facial treatment combines the power of natural ingredients and advanced holistic methods to rejuvenate your skin. Using antioxidant-rich honey, pumpkin, and oatmeal, this will provide deep hydration and healing, with its antibacterial properties promoting clearer skin. Experience a pumpkin enzyme exfoliation, removing dead skin for a smoother, more refined texture. Oatmeal soothes and calms, reducing irritation and restoring balance. Facial cupping is used to boost circulation, which enhances the absorption of these beneficial ingredients to give your skin a radiant glow. The treatment concludes with cooling wands to reduce puffiness, improving elasticity, and creating a lifting effect that leaves your complexion firm, revitalized, and glowing.
Fall Hydrating Herbal Wrap
$260 – 60 minutes
This head-to-toe treatment is designed to support balance and well-being using the grounding properties of Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Cardamom, and Basil. It is coupled with an exfoliating body treatment and a hydrating essential oil body wrap. A relaxing scalp and foot massage is enhanced with the benefits of a nourishing facial massage using Bakuchiol-based products to help support and balance skin. It is everything your body and mind need to realign and harmonize.
Fall Wellness Massage
$260 – 60 minutes
Support the balance of body, mind, and spirit with this therapeutic Swedish massage complemented by hot stones and a hydrating foot treatment. Balance and realign achy muscles with a centering and grounding blend of Ylang Ylang, Eucalyptus, Sandalwood, and Lavender.
Fitness
Fall is the perfect time to get outdoors, as cooler temperatures allow optimal performance for our bodies while providing the emotional boost that comes from being in the midst of the beautiful colors the season produces.
Yoga Hikes
Led by one of Mohonk’s expert yoga instructors, this 75-minute yoga hike takes you through the trails around Mohonk, stopping at scenic vistas to practice short yoga sequences that stretch and strengthen the body and open the eyes, mind, and heart. Being outdoors instead of in a yoga studio encourages you to step out of your comfort zone and focus on breath and movement, helping you achieve a deeper and more mindful yoga practice.

Forest Bathing
The term “forest bathing” or “shinrin-yoku” has been used in Japanese writings and research to describe the sense of well-being that comes from being outdoors immersed in nature.
