Mohonk Mountain House’s fitness center gives guests a comprehensive area for exercise and wellness. Featuring the latest Precor® cardio with integrated P80 touch-screen entertainment systems, Adaptive Motion Trainer® (AMT), state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights, and more, our Hudson Valley fitness center is designed to meet your exercise needs. We also offer a variety of classes for overnight guests – check the daily activity schedule for times. (Must be 16 years or older.)
