Tomahawk Throwing
Join a member of our Recreation staff for this fun and challenging survival skill that focuses on safety and basic throwing skills.
Ages 13 and up. Limited to 40 people. Closed-toe shoes required. All participants must go through a 15 minute safety protocol at the beginning of the session. This cannot be repeated if missed.
Old Fashioned Barn Dance with John Kirk & Trish Miller
John Kirk & Trish Miller are dance callers and musicians from Saratoga Springs, NY. Singles and couples, experienced and new-comers are welcome to a program of folk dances where ‘having friendly fun’ is what it’s about! Live music is the key to making this an especially energetic and timeless activity.
Campfire and S’mores with Vickie Russell
Join local musician Vickie Russell for an evening of old and new songs that are sure to bring back some fond memories.

Archery
Join a member of our Recreation Staff out on the range for hands-on introduction to archery focusing on safety and basic target skills.
Ages 13 and up. Limited to 40 people. Closed-toe shoes required. All participants must go through a 15 minute safety protocol at the beginning of the session. This cannot be repeated if missed.
Family Craft: Glass Gem Suncatchers
Create beautiful suncatchers to bring home with you in this easy family friendly craft. Not a drop off activity.
Field Day Games
Join a Recreation Staff member for some good ol’ family field day fun! Win jelly beans for each element you complete! Games include Three-Legged Race, Potato Sac Race, Hands Free Balloon Race, Hula-Hoop Shimmy, Egg and Spoon, and more.

Evening Kids’ Club Session: Insane Experiments
A night full of wild science! Build a tower out of candy, learn how slime is made, see some crazy chemical reactions, make a volcano, and more.
This drop-off program is open to kids ages 4-12. Registration/ Waiver forms are required and are available at the Front Desk and Kids’ Club.
Glow Putting and Glow Game Night
Get ready for some night time family fun on our 18-hole historic putting green. Each hole, ball, and putter will be ‘glowing’ as you putt your way through the course. Some of your favorite lawn games will also be lit up for the occasion, including Corn Hole and Kan-Jam!
Live Music: The Slam Allen Trio
Slam Allen is an internationally acclaimed retro-singer, guitarist, and entertainer who uses the genres of Blues, Soul, R&B, and a touch of Rock ‘n Roll to deliver powerful, soul-stirring performances. Tonight we will be immersed with Slam’s Trio in all styles of the blues, stage energy, and his own captivating original music!

A craft for the whole family! Come create your very own keepsake to take home or illuminate your porch. Family friendly, not a drop off activity.
Introduction to Fishing
Join a member of our Recreation team to learn the basics of fishing with a rod and a reel. This session will be geared towards a fishing first timer. Come learn what all the fuss is about and test your new skills on Lake Mohonk.

Follow a list of clues that lead to a secret treasure cache hidden somewhere on the property. See if you have what it takes to solve all the riddles and unlock the prize!

Anthony Salazar: Magical Illusions
Mohonk favorite, Anthony Salazar is back with his exciting two-person show! Witness amazing illusions choreographed to high-energy music; a carefully blended combination of magic, comedy, dance, and audience participation that will leave you breathless!

Family Craft: Friendship Rocks!
Enjoy a mindful moment of crafting with this family friendly activity. Create inspirational quotes or images with paint markers to spread kindness. Not a drop off activity.

Kayaks on the Lake
Discover the beauty of Mohonk from the comfort of your kayak. Memorial Day Weekend marks the first time our kayaks enter the water for the season. Please note: Kayaks are available for guests ages 16 and up.
