In addition to learning all there is to know about beer, some of the Hudson Valley’s regional best will be featured in our Brewmasters Expo with local brewers and purveyors. Brewmasters Dream Six Pack*
Kick off the weekend with an introduction to our program leaders, Yard Owl Brewery, as they discuss what a brewmasters dream six pack would look like. Yard Owl Brewery discusses some of their favorite beer styles all while getting the opportunity to sample as well! *Advance Sign-ups Required: Must be 21 years old to taste.
Frank Vignola Trio
Well known to Birdland regulars, this trio of jazz virtuosos perform restyled tunes from the standard repertoire. Featuring acclaimed guitarist Frank Vignola with Vinny Raniolo (guitar) and Gary Mazzaroppi (bass).

Beer Brunch: Featuring Breakfast Tacos & Gazpacho
Join James from Yard Owl Brewery as he teaches you easy tips to prepare an amazing beer brunch featuring breakfast tacos and gazpacho. The meal will showcase corn tortillas, fresh chorizo, egg, sharp cheddar & queso fresco, all served with a side of gazpacho.

After a weekend of beer and the brewing process, it’s time to showcase the other kind of brewing, with coffee! Michelle Walsh, Roast Master at the Mudd Puddle Café, along with James Walsh and Joe Dolan of Yard Owl Beer to discuss the art of coffee roasting, different ways to brew coffee, and the process of adding coffee to beer.
