Evening Movie: ‘Field of Dreams’

Rated PG, 1 hour 47 minutes. 1989. When Iowa farmer Ray hears a cryptic voice in his cornfield saying, "If you build it, he will come," he feels compelled to take action. Despite being ridiculed, Ray, with the support of his wife Annie, constructs a baseball field on their land. Soon, the spirits of legendary players, including "Shoeless" Joe Jackson, begin to appear and take the field. Ray soon discovers that this mysterious ballpark holds deeper significance than simply bringing back the greats of the game.
