The above rates are subject to applicable taxes and an 18% gratuity.
BEVERAGES
Our Wedding Packages feature a one-hour open bar with name brand liquor, beer, and wine. Thereafter, a champagne toast and wine service with your entrée are included in our packages. Juices and sodas are complimentary. You may upgrade your package by adding extensions for the availability of beer, wine, champagne, and liquor. Mohonk's award-winning wine list has a variety of selections including our "Cellar" selections. Our Beverage Manager will be happy to arrange a meeting with you to discuss available upgrades to your package for wine, champagne, and beer.
Deposits and Policies
Our deposit policy is $1000.00 at the time of confirmation. A second deposit of $2500.00 is required 60 days prior to the wedding. Should a wedding be cancelled, these deposits are nonrefundable, unless the date you selected is re-sold. Full payment with a guaranteed count is due two weeks prior to your scheduled function. We require a credit card number on file for any additional charges. Payment for such charges is due at the end of the reception.
There is a minimum of 100 people and a maximum of 175 people from May-October, with the exception of the buffet packages, which are limited to a maximum of 125 people. There is no minimum required from November-April. Wedding ceremonies may be held outdoors in the formal gardens or indoors in the stately Main Parlor and are scheduled from noon until 1:00 p.m. for a site fee of $650.00. Receptions are scheduled beginning at 1:00 p.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m.. New York State requires that all alcoholic beverages be supplied by Mohonk Mountain House.
All pricing is subject to an 18% gratuity and applicable New York State Taxes.
