Mohonk's Victorian Memories package features a one-hour open bar with name-brand liquor, beer, and wine. For one hour prior to dinner, an assortment of canapés is served butler-style. Along with a buffet of imported and domestic cheeses with fresh fruit and crackers, six hors d'oeuvre from the selection below are offered during the hour.
