Mohonk's American Gothic package features a one-hour open bar with name-brand liquor, beer, and wine. For one hour prior to dinner, a mirrored display will be set, buffet style, for your guests' enjoyment, offering imported and domestic cheeses with fresh fruit and crackers, tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole, and a colorful display of fresh vegetables with a variety of dips.
