Join Jim Palmeri, Mohonk’s executive chef and our guest chefs for this epicurean celebration featuring authentic foods from these countries’ rich gastronomic history.  Kevin Zraly, of the Windows on the World Wine School, will provide a tantalizing taste of the remarkable wines produced in these countries with an informative and entertaining wine tasting.  We will also offer a demonstration and tasting by our guest chefs, specializing in these countries’ culture and cuisine as well as a performance by critically acclaimed Argentinean Dance Company Ballet Los Pampas!
