The remarkable Hudson Valley region is the culinary star of this weekend. The Harvest theme ties into Mohonk Mountain House’s efforts to support sustainability – bringing food directly from the farm to the table when seasonally available. The weekend is inspired by local produce and products with cooking demonstrations and tastings, as well as culinary-inspired spa treatments, pumpkin carving, and most importantly, an abundance of great food.
