Through her own personal experience and academic qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Psychology from Princeton University, Nina Smiley has created a series of mindfulness workshops including Mindfulness in Minutes!, Tame Your Pain!, and Diabetes Wellness Weekend, offered throughout the year.
