In developing this workshop they have brought together three powerful practices: Breath~Body~Mind, Qigong movements to enhance circulation and energy, and Open Focus Attention Training for reduction of physical and psychic pain.

This program is perfectly suited for anyone who wants to learn how to stay younger as you live longer, as well as for health professionals seeking CE credits. The New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA) has approved this program for nine CE credit hours.
