Mindfulness at Mohonk: Mindfulness Programs to Change Your Life

Through her own personal experience and academic qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Psychology from Princeton University, Nina Smiley has created a series of mindfulness workshops including Mindfulness in Minutes!, Tame Your Pain!, and Diabetes Wellness Weekend, offered throughout the year.

Our 146-year-old Victorian castle resort in the heart of the Hudson Valley rests beside a glacially-formed lake surrounded by thousands of acres of pristine wilderness. In winter, discover our open-air ice-skating Pavilion and 35 miles of groomed trails for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing (weather permitting). Many of these exciting activities are included in your overnight rate, as are delicious meals. We also feature an award-winning Spa that offers a variety of treatments, an outdoor heated mineral pool, comprehensive fitness center, and a solarium for relaxation and renewal.
