Founded by Albert Smiley in 1869, Mohonk Mountain House continues the traditions and activities that are fun for all! During our Mohonk Sampler Weekend our 145th Anniversary takes center stage as we highlight all that our House has to offer. Experience a Victorian Magic Latern show, learn fascinating facts about the dress and etiquette of Victorian women, and visit our historic Barn Museum. Discover the natural world during a guided nature walk with our Naturalist, join a House history tour of our House, and more. There is so much to do on our mountaintop!

Our Photo booth will be open through the weekend as we celebrate out 145th anniversary. Be sure to stop by and try on a Victorian bonnet, shawl, parasol, cravat, or top hat and snap an old-fashioned picture with Albert Smiley!
