April
through November, weather permitting, we offer Western-style trail riding
on Mohonk's scenic carriage roads. Led by experienced Mohonk trail guides, all rides are
approximately one hour with riders organized into groups according to their riding experience.
Beginner rides are available and children must be at least six years old
to ride the horses. Reservations are required directly through the Stables and there is a
fee.
Complimentary pony rides are offered for Mohonk Kids' Club participants as a scheduled
activity during certain sessions. Guests are able to schedule a pony ride through the Stables
for additional fee.
Guests are required to wear long pants and sturdy shoes (no sandals) for trail rides.
Certified helmets are required and will be provided by the Stables.
