* NEW! Rock Climbing – Rise to the challenge of rock climbing on one of the most spectacular cliffs under the tutelage of Alpine Endeavors, the Hudson Valley’s premier guides.

*CAVING - This strenuous, challenging adventure can best be described as “underground rock scrambling” through tight spaces and is not for the claustrophobic! Mohonk is the only resort in the United States which offers caving excursions on-site.

*HIGH ROPES COURSE - Mohonk has a 14-element high ropes course that is great for team building, confidence, and instilling trust amongst each other. This is a challenging, adventurous event for all.

*LOW ROPES ELEMENT PROGRAM - The Element Program takes place outside on our permanent Low Ropes Course.

Mohonk Low and High Ropes Courses are available for use to qualified and insured facilitator/companies for a site fee.

MOHONK GRIDLOCK - How well does your team handle stress? This hilarious game challenges your team by requiring them to solve puzzles, follow direction, organize themselves, and do all of these as fast and efficiently as possible. The playing field is a gridlocked "parking lot" where your team manipulates the "cars" and "trucks" that are in the way of the object car and its goal of getting out to freedom.

TEAM MASTERPIECE - Each team member will be paints their very own "masterpiece," with the help of their fellow teammates. The event allows room for individual creativity in a team environment. Each member will receive their own paint palette, apron and beret (of course) to work on not only their canvas, but their teammates' as well.

ICE BOWLING - This event not only has you participating with your teammates, but using them as the ball in this unique game of human bowling. That´s right: life-size bowling pins, one team member on a saucer sled, and a game that will give your team the chance to have fun in a way they haven´t before.

*CARDBOARD REGATTA - Build a “lake-worthy” raft out of cardboard to transport group members. Sink, swim, or …? 

PVC ROAD RALLY - This high-energy team-building event is based on the idea that teams can build a racecar out of PVC pieces that can actually run a course! Be prepared to put on your thinking caps, work together, and have some fun.

SCAVENGER HUNT - Get your best scavengers together and find the items on the list. We can list special items that pertain to the group or use our favorite Mohonk list. This event can be held inside or outside.

*TREASURE HUNT - If you loved this event as a kid, you'll love it even more now! Teams need to work together to solve clues to determine the location of the treasure. We include brainteasers, crossword puzzles, riddles, and more in this event.

PUZZLE QUEST - Each member of your group is a part of a whole, and that is what Puzzle Quest is all about. Teams will travel throughout the property solving clues to obtain puzzle pieces. Once each team has acquired all their pieces, all teams work "together" to put the puzzle together.

*MOHONK EGG ENGINEERING PROGRAM -This is a "thinkers" program. Teams will compete in constructing the perfect egg protection module. Teams are responsible for design, construction, and implementation of the module. The event finishes with a test of each team´s prototype.

WACKY PHOTO HUNT - Each team travels through the Photo Hunt, snapping pictures of their team in specific locations directed by the clues given. Once the course is complete, all of the teams come to one location and each team will be given supplies to create a team collage with their pictures.

MOHONK MOTOR SPORTS CUP - Teams are divided into separate racing organizations. Each team will be given remote-control cars and will have to prepare and race their car in a series of different races throughout the event. Teams will be given set amounts of sponsor dollars to be used at the team´s discretion throughout the race season. Teams will be trying to amass the most race victories as well as dollars. Along the way, teams will be handed a number of challenges that require group consensus decisions.

AROUND THE WORLD IN 80 MINUTES - This "uplifting" event will challenge even the most ingenious groups. Teams work in small groups to design and build real hot air balloons. The teams will be given a set number of materials and "Aeronautics 101" information to create a real flying machine. Teams will need to design, build, test, and market their flying machines against the other teams. The teams whose balloon rises above the finish line first will be the winner.

TRICYCLE POLO - This whimsical event will introduce your team to the not-so-sophisticated sport, Tricycle Polo. Competitors will ride three-wheeled trike-style bicycles as they chase the ball and the opposing team around the playing field.

Arrangements for any activities should be made as early as possible to ensure availability, as last-minute arrangements are difficult to accommodate.

If an agency/group cancels a scheduled event:
0-7 days out…(Group is charged)…Full Price
8-15 days out…Half Price
15 days or more…No Charge

If an agency/group fails to arrive, or is late for a scheduled event, the group will be
CHARGED FULL PRICE for that event.

Items purchased specifically for your group are 100% non-refundable.
