What better way to see the Mohonk grounds than from the back
of a horse- (or mule-!) drawn carriage? Step into the past as our horses follow scenic carriage
roads around the grounds for approximately one hour. A ride to Sky Top Tower affords a panoramic
view of the surrounding countryside. Reservations are required and rates are available upon
request. Carriage rides are available from April through November, weather permitting.
Private carriage rides must be arranged directly with the Stables and are subject to availability.
Picnic lunch rides may also be booked throughout the summer season. Please call
the Stables directly to inquire about availability and rates.
