Spring Yoga Weekend

April 1-3, 2016

Spring is a time of year where we awaken the parts of the body, mind, and spirit that have been lying dormant for the winter. Enjoy a yoga weekend with Lana Heintjes,  who will revitalize your body, clear your mind, and enliven your spirit. Lana has years of experience teaching many types of multi-level yoga classes and helping students enhance their quality of life, and she has earned an E-RYT200 certification. This weekend will show you how to enjoy this spring season, and you will leave feeling fresh and ready for summer! Workshops are open to all levels, including beginners and seasoned yogis. Participation in all sessions is suggested.

Please note: Although there is no fee, space is limited, so pre-registration is required to participate in each class.
