4:00 p.m. Afternoon Tea and Chocolate Treats Enjoy Mohonk's traditional afternoon tea with special chocolate treats just for this weekend.
9:00 p.m. Baking Demonstration and Tasting with Fran Costigan Join celebrated Chef and author Fran Costigan who will explain how to choose and use premium dairy-free high percentage chocolates to make unapologetically delicious dairy-egg-free, cholesterol-free, and refined-sugar-free desserts for everyone! Recipes include her gorgeous glossy Ganache Glazed Chocolate Torte to Live For (the only chocolate cake you will ever need!) — plus a variety of real chocolate truffles and, as always, some surprises. If you are gluten free, she's got you covered too. Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Confections, for your after dinner treat. You won't want to miss this!

Pastry chef and author, Fran Costigan will be on hand to sign her book, Vegan Chocolate: Unapologetically Luscious and Decadent Dairy Free Desserts, the perfect book for anyone with a sweet tooth.
5:00 p.m. Classic Cocktail Demonstration and Tasting *Note: Pre-registration is required. $30 per person program fee for admittance to the cocktail class. Space is limited. Must be age 21 or over to attend.
9:00 p.m. Live Music with Soul City Come and enjoy this Classic Motown/Stax Revue Show Band playing songs that will bring you back to the 60’s and early 70’s "Golden Era" when Soul Music was at its finest! Hit after hit of nostalgic favorites!

If you had the chance to create your very own signature candy bar what delectable ingredients would you add to the chocolate mix?
