Our program leaders, Dr. Brown and his wife, Dr. Gerbarg, teach you how to relieve stress and prevent its damaging effects on physical and mental health. They combine three powerful Breath~Body~Mind practices: Coherent Breathing, Qigong for circulation and energy, and Open Focus Attention Training.

Stress increases inflammation and causes loss of energy and enthusiasm. Breath~Body~Mind addresses physical and psychological aspects of stress to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. A strong, flexible stress response system is essential for peak performance in artistic, athletic, and mental activities.

This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in reducing stress, activating innate healing capacities, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and growing closer to others.  CEU/CME Credits are available.
