Mindfulness and Wellness Programs

Through her own personal experience and academic qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Psychology from Princeton University, Nina Smiley has created and curated a series of mindfulness workshops including Mindfulness in Minutes!™  offered throughout the year. Our Breath-Body-Mind program returns this year, led by internationally recognized leaders, Dr. Richard Brown and Dr. Patricia Gerbarg. The Ancient Art of Nature Awareness features Mohonk's naturalist, Michael Ridolfo in an outdoor program that will awaken your senses.
