Chef's Table at Mohonk Mountain House

Featuring fresh, local ingredients, our cuisine embraces a farm-to-table philosophy which highlights the bounty of the Hudson Valley region whenever seasonally available. 

This unique culinary experience offers a glimpse "behind the scenes" as you dine in the heart of our fast-paced kitchen. You'll meet members of our talented culinary team as they prepare and present an eleven course, French inspired tasting menu of small plates. Accompanied by six wine pairings selected by our Beverage Manager and complete with a live dessert display, this is an experience you won't want to miss.

6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday (Please inquire about availability.) 


We offer a fine dining experience, and we ask you to please dress accordingly. Short sleeves are recommended, as the kitchen can be warm.


$110 per person*
