Breakfast and lunch are bountiful buffets. Breakfast offerings
include scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, hot specialty items, bagels, cream
cheese, fresh fruit medley, and assorted cereals.

At lunch, soup is served, followed by your choices from our buffet — with selections that range from salad combinations
to hot entrées to carved meats and fish. Select a dessert from among four delicious
choices, along with ice cream and sherbet, offered by your server.

Dinner is a served four-course meal. Your server will be pleased to help you select a hot or cold appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert. Seasonally, the Mohonk DinnerFest Buffet is also available*. Iced tea, lemonade,
soft drinks
and coffee
are included. Full beverage service is available, as well as an extensive
award-winning
wine list.
