Teen Program (Ages 13-17)

As families return year after year, we’ve had some guests outgrow the Mohonk Kids’ Club! We wanted to offer the same exciting activities for this older age group, so we developed the teen program. These summer events include rock scrambles, disc golf, tennis clinics, hikes, and more. At night, teens can relax in the Teen Lounge where they can play PlayStation 2 and Wii, watch movies, play cards and other games, and make new friends. The teen program is available from July 1 through the end of August.

Junior Naturalist

The summer Kids’ Club includes a Junior Naturalist program for those with a heightened interest in nature. Under the supervision of the Mohonk Naturalist and children’s counselors, Explorers will enjoy a bevy of hands-on experiences, including nature walks to the Lily Pond, animal tracking, tree identification, fossil hunts, and much more. Through the course of the program, kids will also receive a hand-held lens, interactive Junior Naturalist handbook, and a certificate making them an official Mohonk Mountain House Junior Naturalist.
