Staying at Mohonk Mountain House is like staying with family. Our rooms are individually
designed and decorated to feel like home.
We offer four different types of rooms from which to choose: Tower Rooms, Suites/Junior Suites,
Victorian Rooms, and Traditional Rooms. Each type is different in style and price. Our rooms
feature a delightful mixture of furnishings and settings: Some have balconies and fireplaces;
some have sweeping vistas. All are warmly welcoming.
Rates for all rooms include three delicious meals daily
in one of three Victorian dining rooms, as well as Afternoon Tea and Cookies. Mohonk has a
selection of handicapped-accessible rooms and offers personalized service on every level.

Tower
These spacious rooms delight guests with their antique furnishings and warm wood tones. The
most luxurious accommodations in the Mountain House, each tower room has its own balcony and
working fireplace. Ideal for honeymoon, anniversary, and birthday celebrations, tower rooms
offer a sense of stepping back in time, to the earliest days of the Mountain House.
Junior Suites
Ideal for family gatherings, suites and junior suites provide separate sleeping areas for guests
who require more space. These rooms are furnished in a variety of styles, some with white
wicker furniture and brass bedsteads, and others with Mission-style oak furniture. With their
views of the gardens, lake, and mountains, suites and junior suites present a range of possibilities
in room selection.
Victorian
Warm and welcoming, each with its own antique furnishings, balcony, and working fireplace,
Victorian rooms invite guests to linger indoors at the end of a vigorous day on our mountaintop.
Most have interior wooden shutters and trim, providing a soft glow to a room that captures
the spirit of another era.
Traditional
Lighter and brighter than other accommodations, variety is the key to these charming rooms.
Some traditional rooms are cozy and intimate; others are spacious. Some have four-poster canopy
beds; some have balconies. Each one is a unique overnight experience, with an ambience all
