| Cottages
Our cottages combine the Mohonk experience with the rustic charm of a mountain retreat. Located two miles from the Mountain House, our cottages sit twelve hundred feet above the Wallkill and Rondout valleys. Cottages accommodate four to six people and all have full kitchen facilities. Perfect for a family escape or romantic getaway, cottages provide an opportunity to plan your own schedule for a more independent stay, while surrounded by the natural beauty of Mohonk.
Cottages are open from mid-April to mid-October. Supplies are available in the Village of New Paltz (about six miles away). Parking is available for cottage guests adjacent to each cottage and in the guest parking lot near the Mountain House.

COTTAGE DESCRIPTIONS
Perch (6 people)
The largest of Mohonk’s cottages, Perch has a kitchen with a scenic breakfast room and a living room with a gas fireplace. The master bedroom suite, with its king bed and private bathroom, offers a sense of privacy from the rest of the cottage. Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds and one additional bathroom make this cottage ideal for a large family.
White Cedars (4 people)
Located near the Gatehouse, White Cedars has a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, queen-size sleeper sofa, and captain's bed. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with two twin beds complete the sleeping accommodations. One full bathroom and one half-bath, along with a galley kitchen, make this a delightful “home away from home.” The large back deck with table and chairs and the spacious backyard offer beautiful views of the Wallkill Valley, inviting guests to enjoy meals outdoors.
Oakwoods (4 people)
The most secluded of the cottages, Oakwoods is a small, rustic cottage with a pine-paneled living room that has a twin-size sleeper sofa, stone fireplace, and a screened-in porch. Oakwoods has two bedrooms, one with a king
bed and the second with two twin beds, as well as two bathrooms, and a cozy kitchenette. The front entrance has a field stone patio with rocking chairs.
Golf Cottage (4 people, no children allowed)
Located just off the second tee, Golf Cottage overlooks the rolling greens of our 109-year-old Scottish-design golf course. The downstairs has a kitchen, living room, master bedroom with a king bed, and bath. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with a trundle bed that opens to a king bed, and a half-bath. The second bedroom has one double bed with access to a small balcony over the entrance which offers views of the scenic greens. The wrap-around porch on the ground level allows you to enjoy a relaxing afternoon sitting in your rocking chair. On the lawn, you have a picnic table to enjoy meals outdoors.
