Join us for a weekend devoted to celebrating the Hudson Valley region with an amazing array of local food, wine, and music during this exciting program devoted to all things Locavore! Learn the benefits of being a Locavore and gain resources to help you develop a locally-sourced lifestyle with expert presentations from Lexi Van de Walle, The Light Hearted Locavore, and Lea Koen, of the Northeast Organic Farming Association. Join local Chefs Ric Orlando and Derrick Corsino for cooking demonstrations and tastings, sample locally-crafted beer, taste wine from nearby vineyards, and explore the rest of our regional best at our “Local-Flavor” Expo.

Your weekend at Mohonk Mountain House begins with afternoon tea and cookies from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 1:00 p.m.
