Mohonk Mountain House is a Full American Plan resort. Rates include accommodations, three meals daily, Afternoon Tea and Cookies, and most activities. Meals feature modern American cuisine emphasizing the use of ingredients indigenous to America. Wholesome foods prepared with seasonal, local ingredients are the hallmark of dining at Mohonk, and the spectacular natural setting is the final touch to this wonderful dining experience. Alternative "Sound Choice" items, appealing to the tastes of health-conscious guests, as well as vegetarian options, are on every menu. Kosher meals are also offered upon request. Attire: Neat sports attire is appropriate at Mohonk during the day. Casual attire is appropriate for breakfast and lunch. Shirts and shoes are required—bathing wear and tank tops are inappropriate in the dining rooms. At the evening meal, jackets are suggested for gentlemen age 12 and over. Other appropriate attire includes slacks, collared shirts, and dresses, skirts and evening slacks for women (no jeans or sneakers).

The Carriage Lounge is now open 12-11 p.m. For overnight guests and meal guests who would like to enjoy a beverage during the evening hours, the Carriage Lounge is open from 12-11 p.m. daily, serving cocktails, mocktails and light fare.
